Covid Pass systems across the UK and entry to the CITF

Overview

  1. For entry to the CITF you will need to provide proof of your current Covid status.
  2. Our entry requirements are based on the prevailing national and world-wide opinion on health and safety with regard to Covid-19.
  3. If you are not willing to follow the entry requirements, please do not waste a journey as you will not be permitted entry.
  4. As a private event, we reserve the right to refuse entry.

Entry Requirements

We will be requiring the English NHS Covid Pass (or national equivalent - see below) for entry to the CITF.

It is possible to produce a pass (in England) if you meet one of the following criteria.

  1. You have natural immunity due to having had Covid.
  2. You have been double vaccinated.
  3. You have had a recent negative PCR test.
  4. You have had a recent negative Rapid Antigen (lateral flow) test.

England

Option 1 - Using the App

Please download the NHS App and register in good time for the event. If you register with your NHS number, your vaccination status will be automatically added, but please allow for the fact that it may take a couple of days.

Each time you carry out a lateral flow test, if you submit the result using your NHS number, it will also be added to you NHS App.

On arrival at CITF, you will need to show the Town Hall staff your Covid Pass which is obtained as follows:

  1. Log into the app.
  2. Click "Get your NHS COVID Pass".
  3. Select the "Domestic" pass.

Option 2 - Via the NHS Web Site

Please go to the NHS Covid Services. Please make sure you have registered in advance of the CITF.

To obtain your pass:

  1. Log into the site with your NHS Login.
  2. Select the "Domestic" pass.
  3. Download a PDF copy or receive an offline copy by email.

Wales

Please go to the NHS Wales travel pass page. We are not currently aware of an equivalent of the NHS England Domestic pass.

Scotland

Please go to NHS Inform and register, then follow the links to "Get a record of your coronavirus vaccination status". You can request a paper copy and although it says it could take up to fourteen days to arrive, most people are finding it takes about two to three. It is also possible to log back in and see it again at any time.

Northern Ireland

Please go to NI Direct and register. There is also an option to download an app.

Ireland

Please use the European travel pass.
